Disputes

The said person shall be a professionally qualified individual of standing and repute. The place of arbitration shall be at Hyderabad, State of Telangana. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996/2015 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts situated at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and exclusively to the substantive and procedural laws of India.

Nayi Disha ParentPublished on: May 13, 2025My son who is 17 years now is a regular student at Sunrise Learning Special School from July 2018. It's been more than 7 years, and he has grown up from a young boy to a handsome teen. Sunrise Learning provides a holistic development approach that is much needed for a special needs student like my son. Main focus is on the skills like ADL, Communication, Emotional Regulation, Physical Development and overall growth of the child. It is a child centric school, IEPs are shared every quarter, daily information about what my child did and how he was at school is shared, it has CCTV surveillance and is very transparent, parents are considered as a very important part of the program and regular feedback and updates are shared. What I like here is that they work on the social communication and social opportunities are provided frequently to make the child more independent and confident like regular shop and mall visits, participation in interschool competitions, visit to museums and parks, School also conducts regular night camp to give students experience of living independently. Computer, Yoga, ADL, Art, Music, Sports, dance every area is explored, and they share regular monthly planners, syllabus to get an idea what is happening at school. It is one of the best school my child has attended till now. And I am grateful to the team Sunrise for giving loving, caring and safe environment to my child.
